Flat Stacks Canada / Ocean Sales Group Ltd. uses FedEx and Canada Post to ship within Canada. Signature verification of delivery may be required. Our service method will be FedEx or Canada Post ground in Canada, which will provide an estimated arrival of 3-10 business days (for most locations) from the date of shipment. Flat Stacks Canada / Ocean Sales Group Ltd. endeavors to fulfill online orders within 2-4 business days of receipt.
FREE SHIPPING EVENTS:
Free shipping applies to shipping within Canada*, but does not include: the NWT, Yukon or Nunavut (these particular areas are calculated at checkout). Shipping will be processed as FedEx or Canada Post ground in Canada. Free shipping automatically applies to purchases over CAD$75 before tax. Parcels will be shipped, upon receipt of a complete paid order, within an estimated 2-4 business days. During peak times, when collaborating with Instagram Influencers and similar, this time can be extended to approximately 5-12 business days due to high volumes of orders to process.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All Flat Stacks Canada / Ocean Sales Group Ltd., products which have been purchased online have a 30-day risk free trial period. Within 30 days of purchase, product may be returned, with your receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price. Purchasers shall incur the cost for shipping the item(s) to our office(s).
